Digital Decade – Quality of public e-services for the citizens brought together experts from different fields, people working in civil services and citizens with diverse positions for a conference that presented findings from the Study on the Quality of e-Services for citizens in North Macedonia.

Digital Decade – Quality of public e-services for citizens successfully brought together over 25 professionals from diverse fields. Keynote speakers, asking the listeners for their opinions, and a bustling exhibition hall contributed to a vibrant atmosphere of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Event Program: The conference featured a dynamic program including keynote addresses by the project organizer, and by two experts, discussions on quality of e-services and what needs to be improved. Notable sessions included a deep dive into proposed measures, policies, programs to overcome the challenges with the quality of e-services for citizens in North Macedonia.
